Regardless of your type, every single idea presented here is worthwhile and can be life-changing on its own. Today I’m ready to explore with you the Japanese philosophy that (I think) you’ll really get something out of, based on your type. I thought to myself, “What pivotal Japanese concept would especially appeal to each of the 16 personality types?” This led to a lot of jotting down notes, research, and musing. I got the idea yesterday to blend my love of all things MBTI® with some of the lessons I’ve learned from Japanese philosophy. ![]() This year I’ve really tried to adopt some of the Japanese philosophies of life into my own ways of thinking, and it’s proven beneficial in many ways, from how I approach difficult situations to how I see my own imperfections. These philosophies give individuals insights into ways they can be more content, gentle, patient, and kind. In Japan, people integrate ancient philosophies into their everyday lives. So much influences how we approach life from our personality type, to our religion, to our culture. I’ve always been fascinated by the philosophies that people carry with them. ![]()
